Cosy and welcoming fully furnished and equipped lofted styled cabin accommodations with fabulous ocean views in the quietest part
of the main town and still centrally located close to the main street and restaurants.
Down stairs features full open plan living with a separate bathroom including shower, toilet and washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with amenities for cooking and dining including an oven/grill and microwave.
Fresh milk and bread are supplied complementary upon request only when confirmation of booking is verbally made with property operators after completing either your online or direct booking.
Each Unit sleeps up to 4 guest with 1 x Qn Bed and 2 x single beds in each unit. A fold out bed is also available for set up downstairs in living area for extra guests if required.
TELSTRA SERVICE ONLY ON KING ISLAND. NO OPTUS OR OTHER PROVIDERS. ALSO, THERE IS NO WIFI INTERNET AT OUR HOLIDAY UNITS FOR HEALTH PURPOSES AND ASSISTANCE TO RELAX DURING YOUR STAY.
Cancellation Policy
We are located on an island and access is limited to airline flight availability. Late cancellations can be difficult or impossible to fill and we hope you understand our cancellation policies reflect the likelihood of filling late cancellations.
Wave Watcher Holiday Units (David Cheryl & Richard Kerr) reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee. Booking must be cancelled within a reasonable and polite time before arrival to avoid cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled 48 hrs or less shall receive full charge regardless of sudden COVID19 border restrictions imposed or health reasons due to ANY COVID19 or any other COVID related matter or health directive originating from the WEF or UN. Any other reason you will be given consideration at the time for partial reimbursement depending on the circumstances.
GROUPS
Cancellations by the guest/agent must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of payments:
Cancellation 90 days or more before departure date - loss of deposit
Cancellation between 89-30 days before departure date - 50% of the package value forfeit.
Cancellation between 29 days and departure date - 100% of the package value forfeit.
INDIVIDUALS
Bookings cancelled within 14 - 7 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee of total booking.
Bookings cancelled within 6 -3 days will be charged 75% of total booking.
Bookings cancelled within 2 -1 days will be charged 100% of total booking.
"No Shows" will be charged in full as well as an additional 25% of total booking cost NO SHOW FEE.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
We will endeavor to accommodate requested changes to a booking subject to availability.
EARLY DEPARTURES FROM MOTEL
In the case of an early departure by the guest/s the cost of all remaining nights will be charged in full.
