A Golfing Paradise
Situated on Australia’s rugged south east corner and halfway between Victoria and Tasmania’s North West coast, King Island has been shaped by the wind and water that surrounds its shores. With dramatic coastal scenery and naturally undulating dunes, locals harnessed these pure links conditions back in 1932 and created the local course. 80 years later and the addition of two new courses, it’s no wonder golfers have been flying in from all over the world.

CAPE WICKHAM GOLF COURSE
This spectacular new golf course offers an unsurpassable golfing experience enhanced by the raw natural beauty of King Island. “A stunningly, magnificently, spectacular golf experience…absolutely worthy of every accolade and superlative”. - Col Woodfiel.

OCEAN DUNES GOLF COURSE
On the majestic west coast of King Island, facing the Great Southern Ocean, Ocean Dunes Golf Course is already a ‘must visit’ destination for travelling golfers wishing to test themselves among the beautiful rolling dunes of King Island.

KING ISLAND GOLF CLUB
Located in the main township of Currie on the rugged west coast of King Island, this is truly one of the world’s greatest 9 hole courses. When the wind is blowing, experience one of the most wonderfully challenging courses in the country, demanding creativity and strategy to plot your way to the hole.
