Description
The large open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining area is the perfect place to make every meal a social occasion. With AEG oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop and microwave, cooking will be a total pleasure. The kitchen also boasts Smeg appliances, including a coffee machine, a wireless Bluetooth speaker and a generous 10 seater timber dining table. The wine fridge provides a selection of Tasmanian wines for you to purchase and enjoy. The lounge room offers a comfortable leather couch with chaise, a swivel chair and a fireplace. The television has a dvd player, Netflix and Foxtel (sport, movies and discovery channels). An extensive range of old and new books, board games and dvd’s are available for your entertainment. Comprising of 5 bedrooms, each with a king size bed (4 of which may be arranged as two king singles) there is ample space for solitude. Each bedroom provides you with a unique ocean view. Four of the bedrooms have built in robes providing you ample space to unpack. The bedside lamps each have a USB port to make charging your phone a breeze. Little touches that make your stay a 5 star experience. Even the bathrooms provide spectacular views. Offering a large shower, bath, sink, separate toilet and powder room and electric blinds for your privacy. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 40 days of arrival will have total monies paid refunded less $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 40 days of arrival - all monies will be forfeited unless all nights can be resold.
No refund will be given in the event of non-arrival or for any unused nights due to flight/weather disruption.
At property managers discretion if any alternative options are available they will be offered. If we can fully resell your booking all monies will be refunded or held in credit less $50.
Netherby Rocks is a booking Agent. Any change of property ownership would trigger events beyond our control and bookings in that case would be reviewed and subject to change or cancellation depending on new owners. In the event of cancellation by a new owner a full refund would be made.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
