Alexandra's is a cosy, luxurious, house like apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a seperate 2 person spa & views across to the local golf course, The Currie Lighthouse & The Great Southern Ocean.
The main street's restaurant, cafes, & shops are a 3 minute walk away.
The apartment exudes a calm and inviting feeling and has been immaculately renovated. With its expansive views, enviable position and away from the road, Alexandra's is the place to stay.
Everything is included to make your stay extremely comfortable. With probably the most remarked amazing beds, high quality linen and bathrobes to cosy into, there's not much else you need. Please note the rate for 2 guests is for use of one bedroom. There is an extra charge of $50 total if requiring the second bedroom. Please advise us prior to arrival as room is not made up.
With 2 large flat screen smart tv's, dvd player and movies, board games and Free Wifi/Internet. Alexandra's is one of few places that offers Netflix & Stan during your stay.
The apartment is on ground floor of a two story home, with a mere 200 metre walk to the ocean and with views of the Great Southern Ocean from the main living area and a outside area with access to garden. In a quiet street only 3 minutes walk to the centre of town, cafes and the local King Island lifestyle.
Alexandra's is comfortable all year round. King Island can experience the extreme weather and so Alexandra's is equipped with double glazed windows and doors and efficient Dyson heating throughout to keep cosy. There are A/C's for summer days and in each bedroom a double swing fan for the warmer months. There is also a high end electric fireplace to give that cosiness for time at home.
Renovated with a complete fully equipped, new kitchen with a pantry well stocked with essentials and plenty of books to inspire you with King Island produce. The latest coffee machine (Nespresso Latissima) is ready for you with a generous supply of pods.
Be welcomed with a King Island cheese board, starter breakfast supplies and of course a sparkling wine for you to start your holiday in style.

All effort made to reschedule bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of date staying. This does not apply to Christmas, January and holiday periods. Bookings will only be refunded if the full amount of accommodation is rebooked.
Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival- all monies will be forfeited less the deposit paid. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival - all monies will be forfeited unless all nights can be resold. An exception to the above is public holidays and Christmas period to January 15th where cancellations within 4 months will forfeit all monies.
No refund will be given in the event of non-arrival or for any unused nights due to flight/weather disruption. At property managers discretion if any alternative options are available they will be offered. If we can fully resell your booking all monies will be refunded or held in credit less deposit. Any change of property ownership would trigger events beyond our control and bookings in that case would be reviewed and subject to change or cancellation depending on new owners. In the event of cancellation by a new owner a full refund would be made.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
