Description
Enjoy staying at our Beach Shala, with beautiful ocean views from the front deck, lounge room and master bedroom. Shala is a Sanskrit word for House! 2 Bedrooms with fully self contained kitchen and 2 lounge rooms. The secluded coves of Sea Elephant Bay are just across the road, for snorkelling, fishing, or beach walking. Safe swimming, surfing, bodysurfing are a short 300m away at Fraser Beach, and there is great fishing at the Naracoopa jetty (800 meters away). Sample some of King Island's famous produce at one of the many local restaurants and cafe's on the island. Or maybe just hang out on the front deck with a good book, or enjoy your breakie with a coffee and the blue wrens. The King Island Beach Shala is a home we have created for people to come and enjoy King Island. It emulates a typical beach home on King Island with ocean views, a wood fire, books to read, comfortable lounges, games to play and a peace and quietness that is almost tangible. We want people to be able to come to a place where they can relax, unwind and enjoy nature at their doorstep- a place where they can just BE!

Cancellation Policy
King Island Beach Shala requires 14 days notice for cancellation without penalty any changes are subject to availability. Any cancellations between 14 -7 days forfeit 50% of total amount paid. All cancellations between 7 days of day arrival forfeit entire amount.
All bookings are accepted for the nominated guests. No other person(s) may stay overnight Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside any part of the cottages.
If the behaviour of any guest causes damage to the property or cleaning requirements in excess of normal use the person who made the booking will be held liable for payment to cover costs.
