GENERAL TERMS
Thank you for staying with the Island Breeze Motel.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
As we are located on King Island access is only by air and seats can be difficult to purchase at short notice or in busy periods. For this reason changes to bookings can be difficult to re-sell.
Please note our cancellation terms carefully as cancellations may result in part or full payment being taken.
OTHER
Only the registered number of guests are permitted to stay in booked rooms. A fee will be charged for extra guests who stay overnight.
Motel rooms and unit 15 include continental breakfast. They are serviced weekdays with a modified service on weekends. Rooms are not serviced on Public Holidays. The self-contained unit and cabins do not include breakfast and are serviced weekly.
Check in from 13:00 noon. Earlier check is subject to availability and with prior agreement by motel management.
Check in after 6:00 pm must be arranged in advance.
Check out up by 9am. Late check may be possible if arranged prior and is subject to availability.
An enclosed guest BBQ area is available for your convenience between 7am – 9pm. Only guests may use the BBQ. The motel offers catered dinners or breakfasts in the BBQ area if requested by groups of eight or more. Please call to discuss your requirements.
Fees for Damages and Cleaning
* In the event that rooms are left in an unacceptable condition an excess cleaning fee will apply.
* A cleaning fee may be charged if spillages occur on carpet or bedding. In the event this spillage cannot be removed the cost of replacement of the damaged item will be charged to the guests credit card.
* All motel rooms are strictly “No Smoking”. Smoking is permitted outside rooms. If smoking occurs in the room a cleaning fee of one nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card.
* A replacement fee of $30.00 will apply if room key is lost.
