Cancellation Policy
GROUPS
A 50% deposit for group is required the time of booking. Booking must be paid in full one moth prior to arrival.
INDIVIDUALS
Booking must be paid in full prior to arrival.
1. Bookings cancelled within 21 - 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee of total booking.
2. Bookings cancelled within 13 -1 days will be charged 100% of total booking.
3. "No Shows" will be charged in full.
AGENTS PLEASE NOTE: If booking has or was originally made via a travel agent or other third party on behalf of the guest, and guest payment is declined, payment for that booking and all other associated fees will be passed on to original such agent or third party for full payment.
EARLY DEPARTURES FROM MOTEL
In the case of an early departure by the guest/s the cost of all remaining nights will be charged in full.
CLEANING AND DAMAGE FEES. All damages and or extra cleaning costs will be passed onto the customer.
Lost Keys will be charged at $75 per key.
