Overlooking King Island’s picturesque Currie Harbour, the Festival of King Island brings together brings together a bevy of folk/blues/country/rock/indie and pop talent. FOKI is where the artists come to have fun … and so do we all.

The lineup of 16 acts continues to grow right up until a month before the festival, so check in regularly to our website to see the lineup confirmed so far.

Performers in the past have included Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier, Brian Ritchie (Violent Femmes), Kim Churchill, Caravana Sun, Fanny Lumsden, King Social, Dave and Brad (Hoodoo Gurus), The Getaway Plan, Bobby Alu, Andrew Swift, Gretta Ziller, Wanderers, Boo Seeka, Benjalu, Shaun Kirk, Clare-Anne Taylor, Laura Hill, The Spindrift Saga, The Saxons, Simon Astley and many, many more who mix it up close and personal with Australia’s friendliest bunch of folks.

The festival starts Friday 5pm and includes yoga and fun activities for kids on the Saturday morning.

Add into the mix the island’s great cheese, beef and seafood and its great surf, dive and beachcombing beaches, as well as a couple of Australia’s best golf courses, and you are likely to find all your sensations tingling by the end of the festival weekend.

It’s all great fun, family-friendly, casual and relaxed.
